What is included in the Starter plan?
The Starter plan includes basic job application tools, up to 5 ATS-optimised CV generations per month, a public resume listing and profile page, and standard email support. It's a great way to get started at an affordable price.
How does VAT work?
A 5% VAT is applied to all subscriptions in accordance with applicable tax regulations. All prices shown are before VAT. The final amount inclusive of VAT is displayed at checkout and on your invoices.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which you'll revert to the free tier with no further charges.
Can I change my subscription anytime?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What is an ATS CV?
An ATS (Applicant Tracking System) CV is a resume formatted specifically to pass automated screening software used by employers. SHP Consultant's expert team analyses your documents and ensures everything is processed correctly for Saudi Arabia.
Is my data secure with SHP Consultant?
Yes. SHP Consultant uses industry-standard encryption for all data at rest and in transit. We never sell your personal information to third parties. You can request deletion of your data at any time from your account settings.
